PVE & PVP LOOT ACCOUNTING
Loot Logger turns AFM Data Client exports into a searchable ledger for players, guilds, and alliances. Track PvE and PvP pickups, value each stack, and see what was kept, later lost, or donated.
Compare Looted, Kept, Lost, and Donated quantities and values, with player, guild, alliance, item, and server totals.
See whether each tracked pickup was last seen with the looter, was later lost to another player, or was donated to a guild chest.
Multiply each item amount by its server and quality EMV. Item cards show the stack total, using captured CSV values as a fallback when fresh values are unavailable.
Filter by time, item, category, player, guild, alliance, tier, enchantment, quality, source, location, and lifecycle status.
Every tracked pickup quantity is counted exactly once. A stack is split internally when some of it is Kept, some is later Lost, and some is Donated, while the item viewer combines those portions into one card with its complete matched history.
A pickup last seen with the looter because no later matching loss or guild-chest deposit was found. It remains attributed to that player in this ledger; it does not guarantee that the player still owns it.
A tracked pickup later matched the same player appearing as the loot source when another player picked up that item. This normally represents the original looter later dying and losing it.
A tracked pickup later matched a positive guild-chest deposit by the same player. Unmatched chest deposits are ignored so unrelated guild activity does not enter loot totals.
Looted is the complete tracked total. It equals Kept plus Lost plus Donated. Stacks can be split between outcomes, but every item quantity and value is counted exactly once. Player losses without an earlier tracked pickup are not mixed into loot totals.
Events are reconciled in UTC order before filters are applied. A player loss or chest deposit consumes only that player's earlier pickups on the same server with the same item ID, oldest first. Player losses also require the same quality; chest deposits can span qualities because copied chest logs do not provide reliable quality.
Chest quantities without an earlier matching pickup do not become Donated entries. Changing a website filter never changes which pickup was matched; filters only change the summaries, item groups, audit rows, and exports currently shown.
Guild and alliance names are used for filtering and summaries, not matching. This lets the ledger follow the same player's loot even when their affiliation changes.
