A relatively cheap weapon with some of the best cc in the game.
Active Skills
- Frozen SurgeMain source of damage and constant slows.
- More mobility is always nice
- Glacial PrisonThe setup for insta-kills and crazy cc setups.
Passive Skills
- FrostUse basic attacks almost never unless the stun is ready, always be on the move.
Extra health and more regen for Mercenary Jacket.
Rapid reset for Soul Chain on Graveguard Armor, use only in case of emergencies.
Active Skills
- Flash of InsightUse only when you really need to catch someone and Glacial Prison is already ready.
Passive Skills

Used in combination with either Mage Sandals Delayed Teleport, Frost Nova, or Glacial Prison, never use this on its own.

- Soul ChainUse right after setting up a delayed teleport with Mage Sandals and either Glacial Prisoning an enemy or using Frost Nova to get on top of an enemy.

- This doesn't matter at all.
Used as a short cooldown movement mixup option or can be set up right before using Soul Chain on an enemy to pull them extremely far.

You have no source of self sustain so this will be useful in PvE situations.
Skill Combos
Slow them down to help not mess up the combo, set up the teleport to where you want to pull them, quicky teleport on top of your desired target and use Soul Chain, then let the magic happen.

Freeze the target, walk up to them and set up the delayed teleport up, Soul Chain them, let the magic happen. Simple!
