Equipment Breakdown

Main Hand
Main Item

Adept's Heavy Mace [4.2]

Amount: 1

Item Power: 900

Only 4.2 because it is for people who don't have millions of silver for higher ranks. Also, heavy mace is good for rooting/silencing mobs and/or decent for arena pvp.

Active Skills
Defensive Slam
Since heavy maces special ability already silences, we don't need sacred ground. Also, for playing in parties, defensive slam is the better option than threatening smash.
Snare Charge
Honestly, anything here is a good pick, but when focusing on dungeons, snare charge is the way to go. It also helps this build with dungeon bosses, where you focus on a single enemy. You could use air compressor to pull in enemies for the silence, but leaping to the enemy and rooting, providing the same result but better, it's obvious what to pick.
Battle Howl
Now, this cant be changed, but that's all good, because this is what this build revolves around. Being able to stop enemies from using abilities, combined with rooting from snare charge, makes any enemy completely vulnerable for at least 3 seconds. It might not seem like much, but 3 seconds can change the tide of a battle.
Passive Skills
Life Leech
Your entire goal isn't to deal a ton of damage, but to provide opportunities for team to attack, so you need to survive for as long as possible. Life leech does that.
Head
Main Item

Adept's Guardian Helmet [4.2]

Amount: 1

Item Power: 900

We're sticking with the 4.2, cause it's not so crazy that most people cant afford it. Also, guardian is great for hp and staying alive for as long as possible.

Active Skills
Emergency Shield
Once again, your playing in a party, so a shield for all your teamates, especially if your about to die. Also, it's basically just the much better version of energizing shield.
Passive Skills
Toughness
It's pretty basic, but full toughness build helps you survive, even for a second longer.
Armor
Main Item

Adept's Guardian Armor [4.2]

Amount: 1

Item Power: 900

More guardian armor, simply because it's one of the best when it comes to hp.

Active Skills
Taunt
To be frank, ensemble aura is great, and probably the better choice for bosses, but taunt is crucial to making sure the enemies focus on you, and you alone.
Passive Skills
Toughness
Toughness all the way
Spirit Crush
