You should start of with 3 q and keep your distance, then when the opportunity is right (even if you dont have 3 q stacked on the enemy) engage the enemy and get close to them (or use battle frenzy if you have to) then immediately use hush to silence them. After you do that use everlasting spirit immediately use q, e w,q.
