pop this on cooldown to avoid running out of mana. If your team has a lot of druid cowls and you are not worried about mana you can go grave guard helmet for a huge extra heal on a teammate.

This can be used to push enemy melee off of you and to negate forced movement effects. Another good option is cleric robe for the damage immunity and increased healing. frost shield is also a good option for a long defense buff.
